By submitting a payment to the Purity Vanilla Webstore you agree that any money you spend is a a non-refundable payment to the server administrative team for their use in directly paying for the server or otherwise. These uses can vary from paying directly for hosting solutions, paying for premium server plugins and other uses. You agree that any perks you receive as a result of your purchased package are subject to change at the discretion of the server administrative team. You agree that any payment you make is not eligible for a refund of any kind. You also agree that any unresolved queries you may have about the payment you are making are your responsibility to resolve before you make the payment , and that if you return with a complaint claiming that you expected a different outcome from your payment , it is not our responsibility to provide a solution. If you have any problems we will be happy to help you to the best of our ability, however it is not our responsibility to do so.

Importantly, if at any point you decide to chargeback your payment to the server, you will lose your perks and access to the network as a whole. This is because the money has likely already been spent on or put towards server hosting costs. We reserve the right to remove these perks for the duration of a ban. This includes access to the exclusive donor servers, since breaking the rules on any server results in a network-wide ban.
